London Lions T-shirts available now!

The Ordering Page for the London Lions t-shirts (based on the pro Quidditch team mentioned in "The Time of Destiny" Chapter 27, "Quidditch, Anyone?" is now online! You can order the shirt in Adult, Youth or Toddler sizes. I'm still trying to track down a wholesale supplier of infant-size t-shirts in red (I've only found pastels so far). Please order ASAP so I know how many t-shirts to buy from the wholesaler. We hope to have them delivered by Feb. 14. Thanks for your interest!

London Lions t-shirts

The response to the polls has been positive enough that I've gone ahead with this project. The Lions' logo is designed and looks GREAT! The t-shirts (Gryffindor red, of course!) are available in size S-3XL, and are a very good quality 100% cotton shirt. If I can order 200 shirts at once, I'll get free freight to my friend who's going to imprint the logo on the shirts, so that will save us some money. Right now, it looks like $20 will be the top dollar for the shirts, and I MAY be able to get the price down a bit if I have enough orders. I'll post the logo on here as soon as possible, so you can see what you're getting. Once everything's in place, I'll let you know how to order it, and we'll TRY to have them all ready by Valentine's Day.

In the reviews for "The Time of Destiny" Chapter 27 ("Quidditch, Anyone?"), I've had quite a few people say they'd love to have a London Lions jersey. I'm a professional artist and get creative ideas from all kinds of sources. These comments triggered a vision of the Lions' logo in my mind, a graphic gold or yellow lion on a red background. I can see it fully-formed in my mind (that's how all my art starts out). The question is, do any of you really want such a shirt? If I produce it, it will be a good-quality shirt with a beautiful, washable graphic. There will be no mention of Harry Potter or Quidditch on it in order to avoid copyright and trademark issues with JK Rowling and Warner Bros. There will be a small "Abraxan" logo of some kind on the back (they can't trademark the name "Abraxan," anymore than they can trademark the name "Gryffon" or "hippogriff" -- all are mythological beasties existing long before JKR started writing). I will own the copyrights on these designs.
A poll has been created to judge whether it's worth my time and effort to do the graphic for the shirt.
Voting will be closed on January 10, 2006, to give those who weren't able to read the fic over the holidays a chance to catch up with the rest of us.

Merry Christmas and God bless us, every one! We're going to Maryland to visit our daughter and son-in-law for the holiday, but I'll be back in time for next week's

Back from my trip

I'm back from my business trip now and am responding to reviews as quickly as I can, while still allowing time for working on Destiny's epilog (it's 50+ pages and going strong. . .) and polishing existing chapters, as well as keeping my art business going and keeping up with my life in general! If I'm slow to respond, there's usually a good reason for it, but I'll catch up as quickly as I can! Thanks for your interest in my stories!
BTW, why are you sitting here rather than in a theater watching that FABULOUS Goblet of Fire movie?? I saw it today and was BREATHLESS by the end of it!! It's FABULOUS!! Going to see it again tomorrow night!! YAY! Can't wait for it to get to the Indy Imax theater so I can see it there, too!!!
