This story fits into the epilogue of "The Time of Destiny" which is REQUIRED READING before you read this, or many things in it won’t make sense to you. In this fic, you’ll see the "beginnings" of numerous things that are elaborated on in the epilogue. And there’s also a wedding! This story takes place during the summer and early autumn after the trio finish Hogwarts. The chronology of the stories goes: "Time of Destiny" WITHOUT the epilogue; "A Fox’s Tale," "Beginnings" and then the epilogue ("On Second Thoughts" and "A Very Harry Christmas" come much later in the epilogue timeline).
