The Refiner's Fire

Good chapter.

In this story Hary has at least 3 girls who realy love him.
I like Harry & Hermione parings. I wish this one was of those.
Yes, he has three girls who really love him, but Hermione, in canon, loves him like a sister, and my characters are based on the canon characters as of the end of OOtP. I "matured" them from there. No way would OOtP Harry be interested in Hermione as anything but a best friend. It was obvious to me early on that JKR had set up Ginny as Harry's love interest, not Hermione, so that's the way I wrote my stories.

There's something extremely suspicious here—Hermione acting completely our of character, and those scratches—and Harry needs to get over his phobia about the Hospital Wing, given the amount of time he'll probably need to spend there in the future ;-)
heehee - you're right to be suspicious!

Stupid freakin' Hermione...god, that sounds a lot like a review i left for the other story...weird. *twilight zone theme plays mysteriously in background* glad Harry came clean with Ginny, suspicious of weird bump on his back, and seriously ecstatic about the memory thing...so cute, heartwarming, and sweet!
A really nice ending to the chapter, but I hope Harry gets those scratches looked at soon.

Another one of your mood-swingy chapters. Fights, break-ups, depression, and treasured childhood memories. And to repeat myself for the umpteenth time, you do a fantastic Remus. The way you've written him really is one of my favourite characters, from fanfiction and Canon.
Awww, thanks! I really like how Remus evolved in my stories. He turned into a wonderful father figure, which I expected him to do in canon. I can't believe JKR made him such a pathetic man in her later books. Grrr.
