Yes, as Head Boy, he has the Head Boy Suite to himself - but soon after moving in, he realized he was lonely and moved back into the dorm room with the other boys. He, Harry, Hermione and Ginny study together there from time to time.

Addition to your author notes: there's also the fact that James was playing with a snitch in Snape's memory. I don't think he'd be doing that if he hadn't become a seeker. More, I can't think how he'd steal the snitch (I'll have to check, but I seem to recall he took it after a game) if he weren't a seeker at the time.

I think I like your fic a bit better than bob and alyx's. that fic keeps refereing to people as older/younger woman/man, which annoys me to death!

The parts of the D.A. - ground troops, Flying Squad and Healer Squad - are a good idea. But with them open on the Quidditch pitch the DE will know about them and plan their strategy accordingly. Good story!
