Hi I just wanted to let you know Amazon just emailed me that they can NOT get Star Sons - Dawn of the Two by you to send to me. Do you know why? Or whare I can buy a copy? Barns & Noble also has it listed as out of stock. I would like to read it so if you can tell me ware else to look it would help thanks.

Abraxan replied:

Amazon had a glitch on my page.   It should be ironed out in a few days.   The book IS available!   Since this happened on the weekend, I haven't been able to get it fixed yet, but I'll get to it right away tomorrow (Monday).   Thanks for writing, and thanks for the order.

Is there going to be any conflict in this story, or will it continue to just be a long string of fluff? I don't know if I can take watching someone play The Sims: Harry Potter edition for much longer.

Abraxan replied:

What do you call a stalker and PTSD if not conflict??   This is the story of Harry's first post-Hogwarts year, and it includes schooling, Quidditch, getting ready to get married, as well as dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and a violent fangirl stalking Ginny.   I'd say that's a decent amount of conflict.   And there's a lot of emotional stuff for Harry and his friends to get through, too, as they adjust to life after the war.   If you can't take it, read something else.

Awwwwwwww....there really isn't much else to say about this chapter other than that. I do like the idea of a virtual blue-print though. Nice imagination!

Happy writing!

Abraxan replied:

Thanks a lot!   I had fun creating that spell - I based it on an old computer-aided design program I saw back in the early 1970's.   Glad you liked it!

While I do think Harry should have take Ginny first to see the house and then take Ron and Hermione, it was overall a really good chapter.

The way Harry plan his future was just sweet and so him. Good job.

Take care.

This was a sweet chapter, and it looks to be as good a mood as Harry's been in since the story started it seems. Good for him, he deserves a lot more than he ever got in canon, and I could see that happening there if...oh well spilled milk and all. Looking forward to when the holidays are over, and to see what all will be waiting next.

Abraxan replied:

Spilled milk?   Are Trouble and Crookshanks making messes again??   :)   But yeah, I agree - Harry deserves a LOT more good stuff than he ever got in canon - and I intend to see he gets it!   :D

This is great, I like the two updates at a time thing. Very sweet and fluffy.

I've ordered your book. Unfortunately it'll take a while to get here, but I'll be sure to tell you what I think when it arrives. I'm looking forward to it.

Abraxan replied:

Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for the order!!   Amazon says they'll start shipping Feb. 21 - I don't know about Amazon.co.uk, but it should be close to the same time.   Which one did youorder from?     When you review, please do it on Amazon, so it will help boost my ratings there!   THANKS!

That was a very nice and gentle episode. It was nice to see some things that genuinely made Harry, and Ginny, happy as well as cheering their closet friends. It's obvious the loving attention to detail that Harry's put into that house, it comes through in every detail you describe as well as the careful layout of the entire property.

Mind you, I suspect that he could quite profitably market that visualization spell to magical design firms, it's likely the closest they could come to a magical equivalenet of a high-end CAD system displaying on a large widescreen monitor (like they'd give us that kind of monitor).

Abraxan replied:

Yup, that spell is yet another way Harry could make money - if he needed to.   :D   I'm glad you enjoyed seeing Harry and Ginny and their friends happy!   And Harry's attention to detail does show how much he loves Ginny and the idea of his family, and how much he's looking forward to his future.   Well spotted!

Thanks for writing!

WOW, you are an excellent writer. This past week I've read the Refiner's Fire, Time of Destiny, A Fox's Tale, Beginnings, and of course Now and Forever. Darn, maybe I should've paced myself, nearly burned through all of your material. Keep up the good work :)

Abraxan replied:

Thank you SO MUCH!   Yeah, I'll bet your eyeballs are about to fall out if you've read that much in just a week!!!   :)   You can order an original novel of mine on Amazon.com, if you'd like to see me create my own magical world.   Just go there and search on "Lynda Sappington" then click on "Star Sons - Dawn of the Two" - prepublishing orders are being taken, and the first books are supposed to ship Feb. 22, I believe.

Thanks for writing!

Sweet part here, and enjoyed the way that the urn worked for them there, and can see that being used a lot over the years when they want to be different than the norm. Great chapter here.

*wicked laughter* I love the use they've found for that present, esp. since it quite definitely brings them far closer together than they could otherwise get. I rather suspect they're going to do some more "experimenting" to see just how much tranference they can achieve and still feel their own emotions. I daresay this is going to make life quite interesting. *wicked chuckle* 'Twill be interesting to see if any of the others think of -this- use for that vase.

On the more mundane side of things, 'twill be interesting to see what information the aurors manage to extract from that package. I rahter imagine they already feel that it was good that "a couple of their own" were there to prevent *real* trouble from occurring with that piece of nastiness.

Abraxan replied:

Yes, I think the Aurors will be very impressed at how well Harry and Ron handled the "surprise package" situation!   And yeah, that urn was a lot of fun!   Glad you enjoye it!
