This is really good. I'm glad Harry wanted to make a good day for Ron and Hermione but I can see that it just isn't a good time for that. The scene with Ginny and Harry exploring each other while able to feel the other's feeling must have been and amazing rush. I'm glad they are going to keep that to themselves. It would be great is Ron and Hemione could experience that but Hermione might have a problem with it. We will see. Thanks so much for writing and Thankyou for your regular updates. I look forward to more of this story. pms

Glad you enjoyed it!   Thanks for the nice review!

Great chapter! Lots of laughs early on and lots of tension in the end. I loved the present Ron got the twins, that was pure genius. As was Ginny's prank in stealing the instructions! I sure hope they catch that nutter of a fan girl before Ginny gets really hurt. And she whould know that Harry would be with Ginny when she opened that package. It looks like she now feels that if she can't have Harry, then no one else will either. Sadly, this kind of thing is all too realistic and I only hope that she doesn't get another chance to kill Harry and Ginny before she's caught.

Abraxan replied:

Yup, it's very realistic - that's why I wrote it that way.   Glad you liked it!

That was a great chapter! It was so funny to have the guys in disguise just outside the store. I see that they've both prefected the method without big floppy ears or doorknob noses. lol Keep up the good work. I love the story, just wish the chapters were a bit longer, even if I do understand why you made them shorter.

Abraxan replied:

Yeah, getting past the big, floppy ears and weird noses was a good thing for the boys!   And I liked using this subtle way of showing their progress with their schoolwork.   Thanks for understanding about the shorter chapters.   Glad you're enjoying the story!

Oh, poor Ginny!! She's always known that being with Harry was dangerous, but that was just too much! I hope there was a magical signature left on the robes. Harry was so sweet to her about her hair and healing her burns. She's such a lucky girl. Can't the ministry do something about the fan girls? Ginny's life seems to be in danger, what happens when she's alone and gets attacked with no one around to do a finite on whatever hex she gets? Loving the story. So glad you decided to continue!!

Abraxan replied:

Yeah, poor Ginny!   If something like this happened when she was alone, she's tough enough that I suspect she could deal with it - but she'd have more severe injuries since she couldn't react as quickly as someone else could (first she has to react to the pain, THEN she can counteract the spell, while someone else could see what happened and counter the spell faster, IMO).   Yeah, Harry's such a sweet guy, isn't he?   Gotta love him!   :D   Glad you're enjoying the story!

The pool in the basement was a brilliant idea. Now I wish I had gills so I could enjoy a swim like that *sigh* oh well, it's still fun to read about. Great job!!

Abraxan replied:

Yeah, you and me both (on the wishing for gills thing).   Glad you enjoyed it!

I'm so glad you have given Harry Tonks and Remus to help him. They are wonderful parents and now Harry can finally get the love he's deserved all his life. By the way, I loved the wizard's lullaby.

Abraxan replied:

Thank you!   I'll tell my beta Alexander what you said about the lullaby.   He insisted I actually write one, rather than saying Tonks sang one.   And yes, I think it's important that Harry have a family of his own, not just the Weasleys.   Remus and Tonks are taking really good care of him.   :)   Thanks for writing!

I really liked this chapter! I just love how you've developed Tonks' character. She has suh a bright, upbeat personality with just the right amount of cheek thrown in. It was very nice to have Tonks make Harry the baby's brother. Family is so important to Harry and his just keeps getting bigger. Love the story, keep those updates coming!!! thanks

Abraxan replied:

Thanks a lot!   Yeah, I love how Tonks has matured in my fics.   She's a cool lady!   Glad you're enjoying it!

Poor Harry, this PTSD is so hard for him to deal with. I'm glad he went to talk to Marcus and I can only hope that it will do him some good. Now he just needs to marry Ginny and she will help him get past all these memories and learn to live with them. Love the story, keep the updates coming. Oh, do you have any idea how many chapters are going to be in 'now and Forever'?

Abraxan replied:

Now and Forever is finished but for the final polish, so I can tell you it's 37 chapters long.   Glad you're enjoying it!

I only recently read all your other Harry Potter stories but I'm so glad you've continued to write. You're brilliant and have done a wonderful job continuing the story through two novels and numerous ficlets and now this third novel length fiction. You have a bright future as a writer. I can't wait to read Star Sons: Dawn of the Two. By the way, can you think of any reason I wouldn't be able to access the sample chapter?

Abraxan replied:

There should be no problem accessing the sample chapter - I'll have to go look at the website to see what's up with that.   Thanks for letting me know.   If you still have trouble with it, e me at Abraxan@yahoo.com and I'll e the chapter to you.

And thanks for your kind words about my writing!   I wanted to wrap up the loose ends in the gap between Destiny and the epilogue, and the ficlets and this novel seem to be taking care of that for me.   I'm glad you're enjoying it!

So, did the whole team have half naked individual calanders? By the way, as far as marketing goes, that whould be a brilliant idea. Love the story!!

Abraxan replied:

Nope, not everyone on the team had half-naked calendars.   Just Harry, Ron and one or two others who were extremely popular and/or extra-attractive!   LOL!   The ones who've taken one too many Bludgers to the face probably couldn't sell a half-naked calendar very well . . .   LOL!

Harry's doing really well accepting the publicity aspect of his new career. Now if only his bosses (and everyone else) would understand what a sacrifice that is for him. The story is going great so far, I look forward to reading the rest!!!

Abraxan replied:

Thanks!   I think it's true in the real world of celebrities that they are often expected to do things that make them uncomfortable, and their bosses just expect them to suck it up and get on with it.   "It's just part of the job" and "you're paid well enough - deal with it!" kind of things.     I feel sorry for celebrities sometimes because of that (those who seem like genuinely good people who are doing their best to accommodate fans, rather than those who, like Britney Spears, deliberately put themselves out there).   Glad you're enjoying the story!

AWW! Poor Harry!! Just can't seem to keep him healthy. I'm interested to see where you're going with the nightmares. I know it will get better for Harry eventually, I just hope it's soon.

Also, I went to your publisher's website to read the sample chapter of your book, but for some reason, the link wouldn't work. i have Adobe, so I know that's not it and I was wondering if maybe the site was undergoing maintenance. I'm looking forward to ordering your book. I know it sounds silly, but I feel like I know you a bit. I'm a huge fan of the written word and knowing the author, however distant the contact, is a big bragging right for me. Thanks for sharing your gift!!!

Abraxan replied:

Thanks for letting me know about the problem on the site - perhaps it is undergoing maintenance, I don't know, but I'll check into it!

If things get better for Harry soon, this will be a very short story, not a novel, LOL!   Glad you're enjoying it!

I like the beginning to this story. It's a bit dark, but it's also realistic. I love that Dobby is onsiderate enough to stay outside the door in case Harry has a nightmare and that you had Harry give Dobby a new room for more comfort. This was a great chapter and I look forward to the rest.

Abraxan replied:

Dobby loves Harry and will do literally anything for him - cook, clean, go without sleep, die, whatever Harry needs.   Harry appreciates Dobby's loyalty and does his best to take good care of Dobby and Winky, hence the change in bedrooms.   Glad you enjoyed the chapter!

Nice two chapters Abraxan. I'm looking forward to reading your book once I get it. I'm thinking it'll probably be pretty awesome, considering your writing here and the sample chapter I read...

I can't believe the stalker's getting worse... That's very very bad... ugh. Its really cool how good Harry is with the baby though. Update soon! Great job!!!

Abraxan replied:

Yup, the stalker is raising the stakes, isn't she?   I'm glad you enjoyed the chapters and THANKS for ordering my book!   I hope you'll enjoy that as well!   I do have a Yahoo group set up for reviews and questions on Star Sons - the information on it is on the back fo the book.

Yeah, the stuff with Harry and Matthew was sweet - and such a joy to write!   I'm so glad you liked it!   Thanks for writing!

I rather enjoyed the domestic scenes as they visited with Remus, Tonks, and Matthew. I could see Ginny getting an idea of what the future has for her and clearly enjoying the concept.

The Christmas at the Burrow was rather interesting. I loved the way Ginny palmed those instructions to have fun with her brothers. The "special package" sent to Ginny was something else and the reader can definitely appreciate the care and professionalism that Harry & Ron showed, clearly a certain amount of professional "paranoia" is with them already and they've got the tools to back it up. 'Twill be interesting to see what that gas was and if they can track who sent that bit of nastiness.

Abraxan replied:

You're the first person to mention Harry and Ron's professionalism in how they handled that package!   Thanks for noticing!   (Harry and Ron say "thanks" too, LOL!)   I wanted to show that they've grown in experience and skills, showing some of their progress through Auror School.

I really enjoyed writing the "domestic scene" at the Lupins, particularly Harry's interaction with Matthew.   Glad you enjoyed it!

Yes, Ginny's as much of a rascal as her twin brothers - she sure got a kick out of the joke being on them for a change!   heehee.   Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for writing
